Every one of our packages below always includes the following. 

• 4 Hours of bar services - Packages include 4 hours of active bar services, 1.5-2 hours of setup and preparation, and 1 hour of bar breakdown. More time can always be added.
• Rental of Mobile Bar - Set up, Service and Break down.
• Staff- Min. 2 Staff members, all staff members are California RBS certified, more staff members will be required depending on events larger than specified in package and service requested.
• Garnishes & Mixers- for packages that include signature drinks. 
• Disposables- Drink cups, stirrers/straws and napkins (custom disposables available for an additional fee)
• Menu - Custom drinks with printed and illustrated menu displayed on the bar. 
• Alcohol Order Support - We will help calculate how about much alcohol will be needed for your event.
• Travel - Anywhere within Ventura County, Outside County lines will be $3.50 per mile each way. 
• Insurance- $1-$2M in both General Liability and Liquor Liability. Your venue & unlimited additionally insured included.

The Pour

This package is designed for those on a budget, like to keep it simple or a maybe little of both!

With the addition to the above here's what you'll receive.

• Pour Service of a few options of wine or bubbly.
• Services of a few different options of beer.

This package starts at $1550 for up to 120 guests and "Pixie" our single horse trailer bar. Each additional guest after 120 is $2 per person. This package is also available in "Libby" our two-horse bar for $1950 for up to 120 guests.

This package starts at $2150 for 130 guests with "Libby" our 2-horse trailer bar.  Each additional guest after 130  $2 per person. 

Mocktails & Specialty Drinks.

We can cater to all types of events. Dry bar? No Problem! In partnership with The Ojai Mocktail Company let us help create a few specialty mocktails that'll please any palate and party. 

This starts at $1750 for up to 130 guests and includes "Libby" our 2-horse trailer bar.

For all Ages station (Non-Alcohol) - $1.50 Per Guest 

Choose from up to 3. Cucumber Lemon Water, Orange Pineapple water, Citrus Water, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Lemonade, or Raspberry iced tea. 

Table required- Self Serve.

Non-mixers & More! - $2 Per Guest. This will add additional drink options beyond your signature cocktails. 

Mimosa Bar or Bloody Mary Bar - From $5 Per Person + Bar Rental

This can be added to our "standard" base service!  A delightful way to start your day.

Additional Time! 

$115 Per Hour

Not ready to stop the party? No Problem! you can add additional time to your package either day of or in the moment!

Additional Bartender

$175 Per Event Day

For larger parties a second bar tender will be required.

For Weddings over 180 Guests. A Second Bar location will be required. This will be supplied by us and the price will be added into the personalized package.
